Is there any option (or file to modify) to save my multiplayer settings??

Ej: I dont want to put everytime I enter the game, the amount of time for the round, or players alloud, or the hero time

For some reason my game is not saving the settings

You mean your client hosting settings ?
As far as i know there isnt...
