I was try to help Cat9 install the new exe (or is it EXE?) for his game with the auto-installer and he said this error message occurred:

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
I think I got the whole thing, any ideas on a fix for this? Any help would be appreciated.
Why people always make it so difficult ? lol
It's just the battlefront.exe file replacement....
Download the no CD autorun, and replace it for ur actual battlefront.exe file
Ok wait what? Are you saying don't use this version?
Lol, I havent tested it.
But the thing is that when we were with the gamemaster developer, Kalle, we just asked for the ip and some other stuff, and edited the exe file, and that was all.
Some people have a hard time with the file replacement for various reasons.
The installer should work fine unless you have windows XP or the game on some other location than C: drive.
Let me know if either of these are the case.
Let me get this straight... people are having problems dragging and dropping a .exe file?

Some people have file extensions turned off, and then there are a few battlefronts that show up in various places. But yes, there are people that find this difficult since they have never done it.
Patriot this is what you do:
1) Get a textbook on how to use a computer. Preferably one designed for seniors as they're completely foolproof.
2) Download the nocd version of battlefront.exe. (psst... gamecopyworld.com)
3) Drag and drop.
aeria. don't be ridiculous, this is not for me if you read the first post I clearly state that this is for Cat9 who is uncomfortable with this type of thing, I did personally use the drag and drop method for my exe. I was hoping that this would be of assistance for someone... I will try again when I get the chance to help him. (I also helped a few BOBs get their exe working too. ;) )
Also if you are going to use a short name I prefer Norwood. ;)
My fault. You're right I did miss out the Cat9 part. :(
But I'm not ridiculous if he doesn't know how to drag and drop by this point. He should pick up a textbook and learn.
No problem, I understand and as soon as I have the time I will walk him through the steps.
