I'm no admin, but I know it would be perfectly fine.
There are bigger fish to fry if distributing files from one user to another from battlefront game directory was an issue (I'd only worry about CD keys, hex edited executables, and DLL files).
Alternate solution, download the mission.lvl builder, hit munge.bat (without modding the files, the mission is stock after the munge), and install it like you would otherwise.
Posting .lvl files is ok. I think the stock mission file might be around here somewhere though.
