I'm not sure exactly which one that is, but I think OC in this case just means Online Compatible.

I'm pretty sure I made that mod on someone's specific request? I can't remember who it was.
The description is a pasted 'brief' for the mod.

tbh it was 7 years ago, I can't remember even making it, but I do remember reusing that jetrooper for various mods.
