Unfortunately this .exe doesn't work under GameRanger.

For whatetever reason, .exes modded to connect to different servers other than GameSpy's don't seem to work under GameRanger.

I'm really interested in that endgame crash fix.

Does the original dedicated SWBF2 server exe work for GameRanger? 

At first, the original SWBF1 server exe did not work for GamerRanger, but then Scott (the GameRanger developer--who is a member of this site) made a modification for us to run the dedicated server and the game disk/installed game to host games.


If the answer to the question is NO, we could ask him to support the dedicated server exe for SWBF2. 
(Note that he is unlikely to support the GameMaster version, as this is a competitor to GameRanger.)

If the answer to the question is YES, then just make another server folder using the original exe file and host GameRanger games using that install, and a separate install for GameMaster.

You're saying host two different servers? I only host one server on GameRanger though.

You don't have to run both servers at the same time, just have two different server folders--one for gamemaster and one for gameranger.

Whenever I open this, (I forget what it says) but pretty much just one word and a blank box shows up and nothing happens from there on.

Remember it is for HOSTS not CLIENTS
