I can't seem to locate any Bespin Servers. Are they offline?

I can't load any games when I try and get online. The furthest Ive gotten is the server list screen but it freezes. Anyone else having this problem?

Is there any way to get un banned? I made a stupid user name and got kicked and I was hoping we could reverse it.
