I dont get what this does, is it like bfbuilder pro?

No. It's a self contained side lvl builder for empire and rebels. No modding tools needed. It works just like battlebelk's toolbox builders.

Nice.  I think then that this means you can build sides without having to do that super munge on everything using the lucas arts mod tools.

I doubt it, because in the toolsFL you have the executable files which are the actual munging applications. So unless you can run those exe files on mac it probably would not work.
