If you plan to make a emoticon for this forum it must measure less than 42x42 pixels. This rule did not apply to my emoticon because I am a wizard.
If you would like have one of your creations added to the current forum selection send it on to one of the staff through the PM system, and we'll take a look at it. If it's groovy enough it'll get added.
