ZE must be installed in a directory with no spaces anywhere in the address if I recall.
As far as Windows 10, I recall it working at least for a bit. Are you getting an error, or is it just now working?

Yes, it can run on windows 10.

ZE is always a problem though for some computers.

It works OK for me on some computers and won't run at all on others.  No one really knows the exact source of the problem.

There is a giant thread at gametoast that discusses the issues

Don't believe everything you read on the internet

An hour ago I installed ANOTHER Hard Drive. Would there be a possibility that it would work on this drive or...?

Well, it is usually an video card issue or video card driver issue. I don't think that a new hard drive would matter, but you can always try.
