I could technically live right next to his grave since no-one knows where it is.

Strange, because he is a couple of generations younger than "Uncle" Sam Wilson.

But I guess I might also live right next to his grave, too.   

ETA: Uncle Sam is a national symbol, a metaphor for the U.S., while Mr. Kitchener appears to be just propaganda along the same lines as Rosie the Riveter.  A more apt comparison would seem to involve John Bull.

Not really, closes one was about 60 miles away and burned about 10,000 acres but they have that one under control.

When they had a fire in the mountains where I live ( I live right under the mountains ) like 5 years ago I had to evactuate! It was scary.

Kitchener was a cool bloke.

Both posters are propaganda, although the Kitchener version was actually the original, from which the uncle Sam poster was based upon.

I think I prefer the US one though as it exerts more patriotic jingoism.

Well, I live in Belgium.
We are best known for our medieval city's and our complicated politics.
