You'll see that Phobos and Hond have posted their planets without scheduling a time; this is fine with me as long as the battle dates/times are scheduled by midnight EST on Wed.

I think someone else should represent UEF, since Anyder cannot post on their behalf. Relaying messages back-and-forth is going to get annoying.
Their attack has been edited from Harbour to Mygeeto. UEF has also decided their side for the attacks.

1. I updated the OP's for this thread and the Rules thread. They now have links for the needed Week 1 side modifications. Again, many thanks to Dark_Phantom, Phobos, and Shazam for modding and testing!
There will be a full map pack download available ASAP, and probably no later than tomorrow. When it's ready I'll replace the temporary download with the full one.
If you have trouble installing anything just post here or ask someone who has posted in this thread on xfire.

3. I've gone through the OP of this thread and updated the battle schedule. Observe that all battles are confirmed except the ones involving TcF (I still need to talk to them). Again please check for errors.
Also, I added a spot to the schedule which states which admin(s) are likely to attend. I've posted the battles I almost certainly can attend; that doesn't necessarily mean I won't be at others.
4. Other admins should post which, if any, battles they will probably make.
I doubt I can make it to any battles on Friday, unless my schedule changes. I should be at the battles on Saturday and I will definitely be there for the Sunday battles.
Sorry, my schedule IRL tends to change frequently, since my friends aren't very good at planning things. ::)

The server not originally being up was entirely my fault and won't happen again. In particular, tonight's server at Egypt will be up on time.

Um if no one also remembers our match earlier with Enten was suppose to happen. I understand tunngle was part of an issue so can we get that one rescheduled to Sunday with Enten?

Everyone, I'm sorry for today. The first day is always the hardest, and today we had a few hard breaks that were out of our control. At the bottom I made a log of today's problems and have given the solutions.
TcF was signed up for the ICW3 (very enthusiastically) by Rick. Penguin has known this for several days. However it is true that Penguin told me he wasn't sure if the clan would continue to participate. (This was last weekend.) After that he never messaged me anywhere, and the last few days I haven't seen any TcF members on xfire. Therefore, I let the tournament proceed as though TcF were participating, to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Suffice it to say TcF is no longer in the tournament.
1.0 therefore wins the Egypt battle by default.
In addition, I am awarding Mygeeto to 1.0 and Rhen Var to Enten (the planet pairing was random). This is to compensate for the problems this afternoon, which were my fault.
If you guys still want to reschedule for sometime this weekend, I think it will work out.
Don't worry, something very similar to this happened at the beginning of the original ICW, and we pulled through it.
Problem: Servers not up on time.
Solution: I will give Buckler more notice in the future (in fact, today he was given no notice.)
Problem: Tunngle issues
Solution: Install Tunngle update
Problem: No admin
Solution: I definitely, and Shazam probably, will be online tomorrow. And Shazam will definitely be online Sunday.
Problem: TcF forfeits
Solution: No more TcF
If I missed any problems please tell me so they can be fixed.
So, we can't attack Rhen Ver anymore? :confused: or do we still attack, but instead of Tcf it's Enten?

About the match(es) yesterday: I think it's not okay to just reschedule matches. It's totally fine that the defending team can choose the server location, but if no one is able to host there the attacking team should be able to find a host aswell, na or eu. For our team it's pretty difficult to play on weekends and get enough people together, yesterday we had an EU server ready.
Alot of our players installed tunngle just for the tournament and if matches don't get played just because the prefered server location is not available it doesn't help getting more people to play, especially on friday/saturday evening.

Everyone who says it crashed has not followed the instructions properly, make sure the ICW3 folder goes in the _LVL_PC directly, not the SIDE folder.
We would also request a European server on Dantooine.

Added rule: A player may spectate a battle, but only if one of the participating clans agrees to it (and if it wouldn't cause lag due to the amount of players in the server). They will wear a [Spec] tag, and hide out of the way during the battle, using freecam to watch. Killing a spectator is prohibited. All spectators must achieve a score of 0-0-0, as DEAGLE displays in the screenshot above.
YAK would prefer the Kamino battle tomorrow to be hosted by PLA American servers, as well as all future battles where YAK is defending.
I would like to fight 212, 1 hour before, as we cannot fight TcF...

It will work but they have to agree. Pick the time that will result in the most players.
We would need as late as possible.. Nearest to 4EST. That would suit us best. As we have alot of american players as well.
Time in a beginning is 2.00pm. So if it cannot be earlier, then it will be 2.00pm
Is it possible to have the 1.0 match against Enten moved to 1 EST? Instead of Noon. Some people have church for those in the PST, CST, or MST for us that we didn't realize was a problem till now. Its only an hour.

212 couldn't beat YAK on dagobah yet oven gives them the map anyway! he knows yak won't lose on that map and needs them gone by week 8 no matter what. now THAT is blatant corruption
