How to scale my mesh?

How i can do in order to scale down my mesh? It's quite big comparate to the .emdl file:

Check in youtube for the basic moves for XSI and you will know.Right now i dont remember exactly which button was but try the Z,X,C,V buttons.Its some of thouse.
