When will you start?

I have tried to make my own mod map for a while, now. I've had this one idea, which is my favorite map idea, for quite some time now, and figured that maybe someone could make it for me. It is an arena, cloud city based, with four cps, two on the ground, two elevated on bridges.

I downloaded the "SWBF Modding Encyclopedia Version 4.0" and it's saved to the dekstop, for now. I click to run it, and it asks where I want to extract, where should I?

I need a written tutorial for the "SWBF1 Modding LVL Builders Toolbox V4b" so I can use it more. I am confused by most of it, and the ReadMe's don't help me much.

I'm not sure if someone already made this, but a Death Star space battle would be cool. With a trench you can fly through and shoot stuff in it. Just a suggestion.
