Hullo all this is a mod i have been working on in my spare time it's goal to make SWBF more fun if that is possible.

Looks cool! I think the 501st Assault trooper is a little overpowered though. Maybe you could do DarthD.U.C.K.'s Airborne troopers as another legion. Btw I have gotten the flamethrower to work, I can send you the files if you want. My xfire is aatcsnake. I also think you should use some swbf2 effects and maybe change the laser effects. Keep up the good work!  :tu:

The laser effects have been changed the AT-XT is the best example(If you think th BFII ones would look better I'll use those instead) and I would love the flame thrower but I do not have X-fire could you PM them instead?

And yes the Naboo Starfighter will be playable :)

How it works? It's everyone on everyone. No negative points for being a storm trooper and kill a storm trooper. Instead you'll go up in points.

Flamethrower assets? Here are my assets from rancorland. Feel free to modify them. I think the best part about modding is sharing assets and tools with the community. By the way, nice screenshots. I really like that big droids plane used on naboo plains. What is the name of it? I think it is part of psych0fred's beta vehicles. You should unlock secondary rockets for SBD.

Thanks for that. I'm trying to find a flame thrower that does not conflict with Jangos other weapons (who knows yours may be it).

And these are the maps that are planned to have DeathMatch support.

NABOO: THEED
BESPIN: CLOUD CITY
TATOOINE All three maps
RHEN VAR: CITIDAL

If there are any maps you've made that are kind of Urban style fight I would love to give those Death Match support as well but I will need your sources and it would be nice if they were Star Wars location maps.

Great maps. just an ide4a for your forest/thing map you might want to have the terrain raised a bit in some places for a realistic look and for the deathmatch script did you happen to edit something like this?

    SetTeamAsFriend(3,ATT)
    SetTeamAsFriend(3,DEF)
but maybe change the number
or a different script that isnt in normal lua

And well I will release my source once the mod is done and then everyone can add it to there mod I just want my mod to be the first to have it(Deathmatch that is). But if you are not making a mod and would just like to know and promise that you will not put it into a mod until this mod is out I'll shere it with you.

I'm having trouble getting the rear turret on the ARC-170 working so if anyone can help me with that I'll be grateful.(I'm using the stock model)

Yeah I'd love your three seat Arc-170 and well I have not used your addme trick yet but I was going to use it to separate the game modes. (You will be credited of course)

ok about the three seat arc170, this three seat odf uses a model with an extra firepoint for the third seat so i'll post the odf and the model, textures, and takeoff/landing animation for download tomorrow. credit 666rulerofclones for the model.

and about the addme thing, can i request that you not add that until i release my mod? because, in the same way that you want to release the first mod with deathmatch, i want to be able introduce the first "era" mod for BF1

Then, how do you open a font file ?
How can i get a .ttf file into a .tga one ( fontedit.exe asks me to open a .tga "font texture file" )

You need to change the file type it's looking for  to .fff and then open gamefont_{WHATEVER SIZE} then go into the pop down menu font and hit capture to change the font.

@sleepkiller, i have an idea. my 3-seat ARC-170 broke down, so I'll give you the download link to 666rulerofclone's 3-seat odf (because i reverted to that). It works perfectly and all you have to do is copy the weapon setup over your weapon setup.

HIs setup
Pilot: Laser cannon, missiles
2nd seat: bombs (so it can also be a bomber)
3rd seat: ion lasers

Well it's an effect that does the work for the flame thrower so I can just offset the emmiter point to fix that :)

Currently they are only on BESPIN: PLATFORMS they may go onto other maps. We will see.


Okay so finally after a week my internet is working for a bit but it will probably go again soon.

This mod is canceled :P Thats right go away canceled yup. Jk II'm actaully converting the project into a project that will keep online compatiblity 100% and alow you to use other mods with it. more details coming soon. But I will tell you this I will not be doing a total conversion anymore. The stock maps will remain untoiched. That is the main feuture being dropped.
