Whenever i go to instant action, and select the Space battle maps, and then hit launch, SWBFII Crashes? Any work around/fix to this?

1) Make sure u have the spa maps (spa1, spa2, ...)
2) Did u upgrade SWBF2 ?
3) Is it the first time it crashes ?
It crashes everytime i try to play the space maps. I've tried about 5 times already. I literally just installed SWBFII via disk and cd-key.

I have no idea on why it could be crashing. Unless u specify more the error and check if u're missing files I dont know what could be causing the crash...
I'm not very familiar with SWBFII so i don't know if i'm missing files, but i've lowered all my video settings to the minimum yet it still crashes =/, if someone has a solution or fix for this could you help me out?
Edit: Now it's crashing for EVERY map. Why does it keep crashing?

Reinstall it lol
Do you have 64 bit OS? If so try going into options, then audio and change "Mixer Config" to disabled.
Question... does the game crash on all maps, or just space maps?

Dunno if this was fixed or not, but if all maps crash, all you have to do if plug in a microphone. Don't ask me how this could make a game crash, and tell me why a game would crash on a PC with 4 or more RAM
