When I start up XSI nothing happens and then it gives me an error.  ???

XSI.exe - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002). Click OK to close the application.

I am using Windows 8(It works on my Windows 7 computer but not Windows 8.  :()

I am sorry I don't have an answer for you.
I have neither windows 7 or 8, so I wouldn't even be able to guess what the issue might be.

A search for "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002)" yields many results, but the suggested solutions seem like the wild ravings of folks that don't know what button to push.

A good rule of thumb is to make sure your Windows is updated. Beyond that, I suspect that you need to install a specific VC redistributable, though I wouldn't know which version.

I will poke around Autodesk's site and forum, but since they dropped the Mod Tool, I am not sure what I'll find.

If it works on 7 but not on 8, try running it on 8 with compatibility mode for win 7.
