I understand your notes pretty well Yoda. But that could be because I have been modding games for a while now...
Congrats Tirpider!
Uh...just a question...is this only June or also the missed months before June?

I suppose we could say Yoda (http://tirpider)is Modder of the First Half maybe?

I think it's to get the process kickstarted.
There are many more that have contributed much more than I could in all the months previous.
This starts something we can carry on into the future of the board with the current, active members.
(I just found the groovy awards section in my forum profile.)
I have taken the liberty of nominating and awarding Modder of the Month for July to Sleepkiller for all he has done for our community. Although not active at the present time, I don't think he will forget us :) Congrats SK.
Fantastic!
The BF2 map conversions alone are worth an award each!
Agreed that SleepKiller (and tirpider) has made significant contributions worthy of such recognition. Congrats :champ:
Yes SleepKiller definetly diserves this! Everything he has release has been of great quality let alone porting SWBF2 maps that were thought to be "impossible." His legion changer and SWBF unleashed mod changed the way we play and mod SWBF.
Wow, I just notest, look's like I win something! At last, I am got my medal! :cheer:
Well, maps/props/effects/lights design, is realy my best thing, but my maps, is cud be never so nice, without inventions and creations of many other modders. Hope for more of your creative in future!
You deffinetly diserved it! Congrats sereja!

Yes, congratulations, very well deserved! :champ:
(Sorry I got busy and did not get a chance to announce it :slap: )
Good job! I certainly agree that this is well deserved.
Thank's! :) It realy make's me proud myself! 8)
Congratulations :tu:!!!
Modders like you guys are keeping the swbf1 community alive :punk:!!!
Congradulations! Sereja you deserve it completely :D
congrats :juggeler:
Who's the modder of the month for September? Hope it's lil ol me :P (not happening)
Perhaps when some of the projects in progress get finished up, we shall have another :)
I nominate Buckler! For helping out multiple modders and completing many many requests along with many other things!
Who agrees with me? :cheer:
Can we nominate someone who has won it before?

In this case, you probably need to invent some simbols, like this: x2, x3, that can be somehow connected with awards... Or in few years, our avatars may overgrow to incredible size :D.

sure!
Alright, I re-nominate tirpider for returning to modding with a dangerously productive intensity.

I agree. Talz and imperial jet trooper was maded right in time! Without this characters, my Nar Shaddaa map, never wasn't complete.
I don't know... I just showed back up.
If anything is award quality these days, the author of Nar Shaddaa has my vote.
(That map is really really good. Try the exrta missions.)
I Nominate Sereja's his keen attention to detail show his skill. And he has completed several requests recently. (Weapon Models.) He seems to have contributed the most to modding in SWBF1 recently.

Second the second :)
I second that second that you seconded. Sereja has personally completed multiple requests for me and he is, well, he is just SUPER AWESOME!!! :cheer: If Nar Shaddaa doesn't show that to you then you are :bonk: . Btw Sereja's Dagobah is also worthy of an award!
Or Tirpider for what regent said
Or Buckler!
LoL I like a lot ur comment Kit :)
i guess that i second the second that seconded the second i love all the maps he made really great detail in all of them :)
What I can say... I am just very friendly person :D.
Still, except returning of tripider, for me, most remarkable event - creating ZETools, by Andy. Now, you can easy export animated door, with XSI Mod Tool! Such things happens not every day...
Hard to judge who Modder of the Month would be, as of there are beautiful mods made with differing ways to make them (Hex editor peps, XSI peps, and the many ODF/LUA/TGA peps)
Sereja for detail and epic modeling
Tirpider for Hex and just plane awesomeness
I can never decide
All I can say is, YOU ALL ROCK!
I vote Regent, he has done a great job with his maps/mods/ and especially skins. Plus, he hasn't gotten it yet. He does so much behind-the-scenes type things with our community. I can't wait for his Cloud City map!

Oh yeah that... it most likely will not happen.
I don't think I deserve any recognition since I haven't really done that much really. But it's nice of you to say so.
Oh well. :( My vote still stands!
Two modders of the month:
Sereja and Tirpider
Congratulations!
Congratulations guys! :)
Congrats Sereja and Tirpider.
Congratulations!

This is fun.
Wow! I am the winner again! :cheer:
Thank's guys! :)
It's so exciting, to continue win something, even if I am little bit out of business this days...

Sereja I wouldn't be surprised if you won stuff for the rest of the century! :)
I nominate Rage for his fantastic Kamino Skin Changer.
I agree but I never saw kamino skin changer o.O , I agree for the Bespin Skin Changer, and the twlight kamino/lava, its lush (joseph copyright).

lol thanks but i didn't make a kamino skin changer (just the kamino midnight blue skin). i have released several other mods and scripts this month though.
I second the nomination for Phobos based on his recent output (mods, scripts, tutorials etc.)

I meant to say Bespin(s) skin changer.
Mos Twilight was just perfect ! Love the colors and the sun's
Cloud city and Platform skin changer, are the best skins I ever seen.
So I nominate Rage aswell.
He hasn't gotten it yet and he certainly deserves it so I say give it to Phobos! :)
I nominate snake for his mando map 8)

I second that nomination, Snake needs recognition or else (/I always support the underdog)
Oh I didn't think of Snake! Well now I don't know!
Snake has made some great mods, but I do believe Phobos deserves some recognition for all of his modding contributions. It's surprising he hasn't won yet, so I vote Phobos.

I agree --> Ill also vote Phobos
Too hard to decide... I would put at least 3 names down if I could :p

- 12 Reconstructed LUA Scripts + LUA Tools (see http://www.swbfgamers.com/index.php?action=downloads;cat=27)
- Cloud City Christmas Skin
- Kamino Midnight Blue Skin
- Platforms Twilight Skin + Bespin Skin Changer Compatible
- Fulfilled Requests (kyle katarn assets, custom music for RepublicCommando, custom music for PPP90M1)
- Ultimate Sound Modding Tutorial
- Cloud City Hallway Tournament Mod
I will make an announcement soon, still digging out from my trip.
will this be recontinued? Or does anyone wanna have a vote on a modder of the year?
I am happy to take recommendations, but the decision is not a democratic process ;)
OK, the modder of the month is Sereja--maybe modder of the century too :)
Like there was any competition Lead.
Phobos is the Modder of the Month for November 2014.
His contributions include conceiving and implementing the zombie mod Night of the Living Dead, as well as contributing to mod discussions and answering questions.
Thanks for the appreciation, I hope the new style of zombie mods coming out will appeal to a wider range of players than my previous mods. As cull used to say, we should continue to push the limits of what is possible in SWBF.
:xmastim:
Congrats Phobos!
Congrats!
Congratulations Phobos!
Aye, congrats Phobos!
Congratz bro, u obviously deserve it ! (Once again... lol)

Modder of the Month for May 2015 goes to Anyder, for creating the SWBF2 Gamemaster autoinstaller.
It is the most downloaded mod on SWBFgamers with 1369 downloads, and has 24 ratings.
It has probably drawn over 500-1000 new members to SWBFgamers.
Wow thank you bro. Tbh im glad more than 1300 players have downloaded it, but i wish i could see most of them online. Anyway, thanks again
Oh wow congrats man! Nice to see that much activity sparking up around here. :tu:
Nice job!
Time flies, and there have been many good contributions to the community since I last posted a modder of the month.
I think we can all consider Sereja modder of the century and the best SWBF modder that has ever been.
But for July 2017, I want to recognize Sleepkiller, for his surprise release of the SWBF "unmunge" tool.
Congratulations, Sleepkiller!
The month's Modder of the Month is Dark Phantom for his work with making 6 units playable for SWBF1

congratz, is there a link to his mod?

Thanks!
There is also an updated exe coming at some point with support for 10 units. Will update to link with video if you haven't seen yet. Also included in it at this point is disabling of the "AI get out of vehicles" code and "hero death" code. Theoretically, there is support for 12 units (plus a hero? Maybe) but the game gets more bugs than I already have after 10.

Congrats bro!
Hello guys!
It's been a while since we last hosted these kind of events/competitions. We're currently working on taking back the awards as well but in the meantime... due to all his contributions throughtout all this time, we would like to thank and congratulate @Metalkiller on receiving Master Modder
It's really great to count on your talent around here, and hope to have you around for many more years.
Congrats MK!
Thank you very much, but to what do I owe the honor?
I am meerly a little heap of junk. :P
I would like to thank my dad for buying me a shooter game with an age rating of 16 when I was 12.
Thanks to my mom for letting me play 5on5 matches during dinner time.
But in all seriousness, I will definately stick around and do "stuff" for the game.
Cheers
