A working release of the reporting plugin made by ^Naruto^

This plugin adds three chat functions that players on your server can use to report issues and get in touch with admins including:

• !report [Player Name] : [Reason for reporting]
• !bootbug
• !msg: [Message]

[GFAQ] iOn's Hero Assault damage chart on the GWL website has been terminated, so I got a backup of it from a friend and decided to post it here if anyone is interested. I apologize for the spelling "errors" that Word highlighted.

On another note, what factor(s) do you guys think there are/is for knocking a stationary target down? I thought it was push rating at first, but it seems to not be the only factor if it's one of them because it's very inconsistent.

Is it possible to make instant spawn on the client side? If so, can anyone provide that?

Does anyone happen to have any fake console scripts to add more bots? (I know there's a fake console button for it)
