Edit: After downloading the 1.1 gog files posted above and installing into the /server folder of the BF2admin directory everything launches fine. I'm able to configure my initial server with DSManager and even get the website working with SWBF2Admin after fixing the port number to something not already used by another game's webadmin however the server satus information other than "running" is blank. No session name, version map etc.

It might have some thing to do about the whole "this wont work under remote desktop" Which kind of stinks because it's a VM it's running on.
