Ok, here's my questions:
1.)  Is this a map you created, or that you downloaded from somewhere else?  This will help us isolate the problem.
2.)  You say this map is not showing up in Instant Action.  I am thinking since the addme did not work, that the map and files are in the wrong place.  The file path should be Star Wars Battlefront\GameData\AddOn\ARC(name of level)\addme.script.  If this is not in this folder in this exact way, it doesn't matter how many different files you use, it will not work.  There shouldn't be anything inside the ARC folder OTHER THAN the Data folder and addme.script (other than possibly a readme and mapinfo).

I do not think the Hovernaut and the K-wing will work in stock sides.  Try taking them out of reference or munge a new side level file with a fixed Hovernaut and K-wing.

NULL sounds like a file is missing, still.  I'm trying to remember where I saw that.  Either some shell file would be bugged or it has something to do with updating to 1.2 went wrong.

I agree with Led here.  Best chance is to replace the Motherboard, and if that doesn't work, we've narrowed it to the CPU.  In which case you will have some extra parts to play around with.
My bet is when the PSU fried, it messed with the MoBo.
