TS i have checked, and it is the least CPU intensive of all the above programs. While I'm sure any of you have a computer that can run any of these programs well (on a normal basis) I figured you should know that TS is the least intensive on your CPU.

I think mumble and ventillo have lower overall, especially with 20+ clients. But the difference is very small.

Teamspeak still works better for most [FC] members than steam for purposes of the ICW.

Yeah use both. Steam for alt tab = type chat/ easy to link url etc + ts3 for voice chat.

Currently I prefer teamspeak over all of these.

Teamspeak is a voice client. And a voice client only. Steam is a social platform. From my years on steam, groups on steam are closely linked to voice clients (especially for gaming).

ICW can't be rigged to give admins clan an advantage!!! Otherwise phantom would help make YAK win!!  I guess he isn't as good as bomber at bribing, he wallet isn't as deep :D

No, the extra maps are added every month after film is released as DLc that everyone must buy. (First is free I think)

We should at least give EA a chance to prove themselves. Maybe they wont make a sucky game and maybe we will consider it the definitive swbf. I just hope it isn't a Battlefield 3 game with a star wars skin. But i know we all won't forget the classics. I myself will be purchasing swbf3 on xbox one, so i won't have the luxury of nice players and teamwork in game.

Play on PC!!!

I think it is human nature to like what you initially started playing.

There are people here that prefer the 1.0 version of the original SWBF to all other versions.

Many here prefer the original SWBF (1.2 version) to SWBF2.

So, no doubt, many will prefer SWBF2 to the EA SWBF reboot.

One thing is certain though--only one of those games will have tons of players again, and that is what I miss the most.  ;)

Spot on LED, it's a generational thing I guess. Maybe we are just old? Ahah

Good luck haha! But seriously, I like the new visuals of the game, yeah I guess they are battlefield like and what not, but that's EA's publishing style. The visuals are actually real life footage, eg the x wings are from real life and scanned in. Yavin is a real jungle. I think it's unique and stuff.

I'm more worried about the DLC and multiplayer teamwork aspect. I don't want a game where everyone solos their own multiplayer experience in the hope you win. And DLC is going to be exxxxxppppeeeensive

Overall it will be a success but won't be great...

English in the UK at least, that would be considered "a dig" or a message designed to provoke a negative response, also know as being rude. If you don't understand that, then I guess this subtlety of the English language is lost in the teaching of it abroad... Therefore we now all shut up and focus on the week ahead.

P.s. Bomber what's up with those VAC bans :-)

If there was a rematch based on 1) someone rage quitted or 2) lag , then I feel this could be exploited in the future as people would just complain more about  lag or use rage quit as a way of escaping loses. Admins should make a swift decision because I'm on holiday in Spain and all this talk is making me lose sleep Kappa

This weekend is going to be too packed and intense to organise a rematch IMO.

You can't bypass VAC bans. Those are locked to your account. If you get VAC banned on a game such as CS:GO you can't play CS:GO on VAC servers on that account. However if you buy a new account and buy CS:GO you can play again.

I know  :tu: but I'm sure 5+ years ago, some VAC bans linked to community servers on cs and cs:source were avoidable.
