You can edit the map.lua in mission.lvl, or you can get the Dedicated Server software and add them to it.

Invincibility is a dedicated server command line option.  Read about hosting SWBF

Other mods are installed on the server the same way you install them for single player.

all right so what about Mods like infinite ammo or health. Or No vehicle is that the same as changing the .Lua file?

infinite ammo and invincibility are command line options, please read the link I posted.

Look in the downloads section for no vehicles mods, download and do a file replacement.
