Lol good idea. but i doubt u can do that all so quickly. If it was typed most people would of probably have taken a while until they saw it. It was as if someone "told" them as one would say. I hope you remember that part Oven. Did they say anything in team chat to respawn before they did that? You were on their team. If not I don't see any other way they could have notified themselves about it. (Oven should be the one to only answer if he saw or not and was hopefully paying attention)

I can actually see that the channel where u ALL go for the fw had only 6 guys, and there u got the pic. for suiciding all at same time, u must have had been in same channel, and u say u weren't. Plz do not lie. Lies go nowhere.

Here's what I agree with: The screenshots are highly suggestive.

They don't constitute an unimpeachable case, for reasons that have all been mentioned here already.

You can't give penalties based on fishiness. (The following is an example of how not to assign penalties: Determine the severity of the penalty, as a number between 0 and 1, in the case where the evidence of cheating was utterly conclusive. Determine another number between 0 and 1 of how "fishy" or "suggestive" the evidence is. Multiply the numbers to determine the severity of the assigned penalty.)

I'm not bothered by what happened per se (i.e. other than that there may have been namefaking), because the Merc. rule is only in place to control the sharing of members of participating clans. All the "friends" of Enten who supposedly played are otherwise non-participants in the ICW, so for all I care they could have declared them beforehand as acting members for the sake of the tourney. 212 has already done this before in the ICW3.

Nevertheless: If Enten did have non-members namefaking members, they were wrong to do so, and it can't happen again. If you want to declare certain clan friends (who aren't currently in other ICW3 clans) to be "acting members" for the sake of the tourney, this is completely fine.
