I was looking at the screen shots, and I saw that the LAAT/I wing turrets were firing rockets.

It is so pretty that map. (Although the clone looks like he has been lying down in the mud.) I'm so gonna have to make another folder on my PC just so I can have this mod installed with out stuffing up my modding expeditions.

There are some seemingly random crashing issues over on the Mac version, but it's not too bad.
This is quite a challenging mod, the bots are insanely adept at killing me with the new guns.
My favourite map is definitely Platforms, because I'm a sucker for air + land battles.

It's just random crashing that doesn't seem to be connected with anything. There is an error that pops up afterwards but I don't bother reading it :panic:
It only happens occasionally on the modified maps so I have no idea... I thought it might be the flame throwers or something since ggctuks' old mod was plagued with crashing issues involved with it. But I'm not sure.

How do I use that "change legion" thing.
I tried using it and nothing happens...

Also just a suggestion, could the standard Clone carry the DC-15A?
That was the standard issue weapon.

I like this mod but I'm having a hard time uninstalling it.  I even went as far as uninstalling the game then re-installing it.  When doing this I launched the game straight from wizards and the mod was gone, but as soon as I exit to windows then launch the game again the mod is back.

the gamedata and addon folders look original but the mod is still affecting the game. 

Any suggestions of resolving this issue?

Roland had a similar issue with a different mod.  Make sure that windows is not caching the files somewhere--

If it's windows Vista/7, delete the bfunleashed folder from addon, and the WLD, SoundMod, and SoundMod 2 folders from Data\_LVL_PC


Now, go to C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\VirtaulStore\Program Files (x86) and delete the lucasarts folder. and then try uninstalling/reinstalling. deleting from virtualstore might solve this.

I honestly have never heard of this happening  ???

I'm using Windows7 but the directory:  C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\VirtaulStore\Program Files (x86)

does not concur with my PC. 

I got to \myname\   but AppData and on I can't find 
I did a searched of each individual entity to see if I could find the VirtaulStore and no such luck

Is there any other place it may be hiding?
What did Roland do?

Guys, I'm sorry, I've been absolutely dreadful with posting updates on the mod.

I can tell you now, that the version 2.0 is still in progress after being released incomplete, and then removed.

I've since gotten a new computer (HP Pavillion g6, with 6GB of RAM, awesome graphics, 500GB HD, and Windows 7 Premium 64x, for 400$)

But Here is the mod so far
It looks almost the same as when i last updated, but with some new features, and most of the bugs fixed.

SleepKiller is helping me with some important scripts, and a campaign.
Gogo12 was the official mapmaker, but now he's working on his own projects in SWBF2 (Can't thank him enough for the maps)

I will have screens soon.

Status Update on the mod as of 6/18/12-6/20/12
CW era: 99% complete (just fixing some bugs)
GCW era: (Imps 85% complete, Rebels 60%)
Maps: almost done (might add a few more)
New Campaign: 30%


This campaign follows the story of 5 clone commandos who flee from the empire and fight their way through many battles to find and join the rebellion, and then participate in some of the more famous battles (Hoth, Endor, etc)


The commandos (they need names)
Unit 1: DC-17m ICWS Rifle clip, Sniper clip, Anti-Armor, EMP Grenade, Sonic Detonator
Unit 2: DC-17m ICWS Rifle Clip, DC-15s Sidearm Blaster, Remote Missile Drone (launches a probe droid armed with 8 heatseeking missiles), Tripwire Mines
Unit 3: DC-17M ICWS Sniper Rifle Clip, Disguise, Time Bomb, Poison Grenade, Knife
Unit 4: DC-17M ICWS Rifle clip, DC-15s SIdearm Blaster, Fusion Cutter, H/A, Sonic Detonator
Unit 5 (with jetpack): DC-17M ICWS Rifle Clip, Arc Caster, DC-15s Sidearm Blaster, Wrist Rocket, Thermal Detonators

The Campaign maps part 1
Kashyyyk-Docks
Dathomir-
Mos Eisley: here they rebel against their assigned stormtrooper squadron but are subdued off-game
Geonosis: Chainisle: as a punishment they are dropped in to a city full of geonsians and must fight their way out
Geonosis: Spire: here, they join up with the rebels and must fight it out against the empire and geonosians
Rhen Var: Harbor: just a one-man mission with Unit 3 (the stealth unit) up against 100 stormtroopers. He has to try to destroy an Imperial AT-TE that's heavily protected by a shield (I used a fambaa shield) and take out all the stormtroopers
Tantive IV: They wipe out the rest of their former stormtrooper squadron on a heated battle on this ship,

See that? Thanks to an incredible discovery by SleepKiller, we can now give units 5 weapons using a rather easy odf trick.

Because Gogo12 has left to work on his own projects for swbf I decided its time for me to get off my butt and learn how to actually make maps, so I'm starting a map on a volcano world, with the LavaTest source as a base.

Also, I'm trying to add some aerial fighting on Rhen Var Harbor. In the first release of the mod, Rhen Var Harbor was edited to have a huge Republic Venator floating in the air... now there's gonna be CP's and ships in some of the hangars!

CommandPost/Spawn information
Venator Cps (There should be 3 or 4 cp's all capturable: Empire/Republic own it. (spawns Gunships/Shuttles, ARC-170s and TIE Defenders. There will also be two enemy desctructable command posts, a static CIS shuttle or a rebel K-Wing (depending on the era) from where enemies spawn. I'll try to make turrets usable on them.

CommandWalker spawnpoint: Rebel Hovernaut (if I can get it to work), CIS MTT

Ice caves CP: neutral

All other CP's remain the same.

No screens yet, still doing ZeroEdit work.

I'll add it in once I know the new Rhen Var map is stable...also, it looks like it could be made in to a flyer (lol what kind of slow-moving hovercraft has giant rocket engines at the back?)

POssible Release date: not yet! :happy:

Online Compatbile? yeah. As I've explained before, it adds new sides and maps, but doesn't overwrite anything that was already there (ie. all stock things remain the same, but new sides, new scripts, and new maps are added on to it). And it doesn't clog up your addon folder.

Update: The Campaign storyboard part 2. A lot of these are one-man missions.

1. "Stormtroopers Suck Episode I": Play as Galen Marek for this mission, One man mission in high altitudes on Bespin , you board a rebel RM-09 gunship on a high-altitude platform and have to make a beeline for a huge Venator stardestroyer floating even higher up. You have to capture all the hangar CP's (a hangar on the underbelly of the ship, one or two on the sides, and one open section on top in the middle),  kill all the stormtroopers, or both. More to come later.

2. Going Alone on Mygeeto (one man mission). You play as the Unit 1 (the commando's ringleader) and quietly take out a small force (15 stormtroopers, 1 Storm Commando,  3 Phase 1 Darktroopers, 1 Stormtrooper Commander)

3. Rescue Mission on Yavin IV (on custom map of my creation) Part 1: play as the Stealth unit (unit 3). The venator plays a significant role here. You spawn on an island right next to an AT-AT. All you have is agunship to destroy it with and you have to fly over to the mainland where d there is a small building imprisoning a crowd of rebel Soldiers, guarded by stormtroopers. Its up to you to destroy the building, freeing the Rebels (who have no heavy weaponry)

4. The Liberation of Kashyyyk. Play as the rebels, with the assistance of the clone commandos (team 3), to capture the islands (on Kashyyyk Islands)

5. The Battle of Hoth: :  Just as the rebels were fleeing, a surprise AT-AT and a communication post was dropped down in front of the base, blocking the last ship. Playing as Unit 2, the Demolitions unit, Destroy the AT-AT, the communication post, and any stormtroopers that spawn to win.

6. Behind the scenes on Cloud City (on Bespin: Escape by Jend07): Play as Galen Marek, accompanied by the commandos (3rd team). Objective: Kill all the stormtroopers, defeat Boba Fett and Darth Vader.

7. Skirmish on Kamino. Kaminoans have restarted breeding rogue clones to fight against the stormtroopers. The Empire comes by again, sending in 10 Shadow Stormtroopers and 10 Storm Commandos to shut down the facility. Its up to the 6 Commandos to assist the rogue clones in defeating the empire here. Here you recruit 200 new rogue clones into your squad as commandos

8. Stormtroopers Suck Episode II: Play as the clone commandos this time on the ship, backed up with your 200 new commando recruits. 6 Imperial ships landed in the venator ship's left and top hangars, and its up to the Clone Commandos to take them down. Stormtroopers spawn and you have to kill them all, and destroy their ships with the help of the rebels. 200 Commandos vs 500 Stormtrooper and Pilots.

9. Battle of Endor, very straightforward. Use your new reinforcements to your benefit to assist the rebels and ewoks in destroying the shield generator. Gameplay is much more difficult as hundreds of Elite scout Troopers are on the rampage, spawning at unexpected points, armed to the teeth with sniper rifles, rocket launchers, chainguns, explosives of many varieties.  The battle finishes when the shield generator is blown up (All the Imperial CP's are removed, and the Rebel/Ewok Cps made non-capturable). I'm hoping I can make trees destructable.

CW era: 100%. I just need to look over a few more times for bugs
CW era maps 90%, still need to fix some bugs,
GCW era: 90% still working on vehicles and some weapons
GCW era maps 90% still working on bugs
Campaign Sides: 90% still working on bugs
Campaign Maps : 10% complete
Instant Action luas: 90%. I need to implement the random clone legion/random stormtrooper legion scripts into every map lua (won't be too hard but it'll be time consuming)
Campaign luas: 0.5% complete

Total completion of the mod: ~70%
