Someone should scan/upload the whole guide. I can find bf2 complete but not bf1.

That's a nice find. I could not find a direct link from the LucasArts downloads section.

I would caution against scanning and posting the guide though, as it states in that downloadable chapter that it can only be done with permission of LucasArts.

Looks like used copies go for about $4 shipped.
