mmm, we have about two more years worth of money in the account.

Sometimes I just have to restart it...

Here is the issue:

Linux/Xen issue forcing emergency reboot
Jan 20 2016 08:35:46 AM PT    The machine hosting your VDS is having a problem with its network card that a reboot should solve. We are currently in the process of gracefully shutting down all VDSes on this machine, then rebooting it.
