Led, I found a way to get back lot of players ingame, the problem is when they download the first link they got lot of different problems...
1.0 error, binkw32, game crashed, can't launch game, etc..
when they download the manual gamemaster link, it works perfecty, are you agree we change it into gamemaster instructions with snake ?

Instrucciones para el instalador de GameMaster (Parche para jugar Multijugador)

Que es GameMaster?

GameMaster es un parche que nos permitirá unirnos a servidores o partidas en Linea del Star Wars Battlefront 1.


Para instalar el nuevo parche multijugador del Star Wars Battlefront 1, necesitarás descargar el archivo del siguiente link:

Una vez extraída la carpeta contenedora verás 2 archivos: Battlefront.exe y gamemasterinstaller.exe.



Primero, tenés que ejecutar el archivo gamemasterinstaller.exe y darle al botón "Install", esto se instalará automáticamente (tarda alrededor de 20, 30 segundos o menos).



Una vez terminado de parcharse el juego, tendrás que copiar o cortar el archivo battlefront.exe y pegarlo en la carpeta GameData del juego que se encuentra en:
Disco Local C: Archivos de Programas/LucasArts/Star Wars Battlefront/GameData, pegás el ejecutable aquí y listo.



Nota: Deberás tener la versión 1.2 si o si para poder unirte a las partidas, si no la tenés, podés decargarla aquí: https://help.disney.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/What-do-I-do-if-I-m-getting-an-error-message-in-STAR-WARS-Battlefront#unknown-error

Nota II: Necesitarás ejecutar el parche/programa como administrador en Windows 7/8 para poder instalarlo correctamente.

Como entrar a la lista de servidores?

1). Clickeás la opción de Multiplayer.

   

2). Das click en la opción de Internet.

   

3). Clickeás Join y listo te saldrá la lista de servidores que hay en linea disponibles.

Una vez hecho esto, le das click a salvar y cerrás el bloc de notas.
Finalmente abrís el juego, vas a multiplayer(multijugador), das click en Internet,
te saldrá el siguiente mensaje (do you want to create a gamespy account)
te pregunta si querés o deseás crear una cuenta en gamespy, le das click en no, luego de esto le das click a Join y listo con esto te tendrían que salir la lista de los servidores que están en línea disponible.

oh...this is what i posted in the forum....Hey There, can anyone help me with this? Me and a friend just got two separate SWBF 1 disks and got them all loaded and working, mine on my computer and his disk on his. We go to play online and we both can join any room and play with others online, but when we try to join the same room, one of us can get in but the other it says "CD key is not authorized to play this game" and can't join. If i get out of that room, then he can join but I can't, and vice versa...Its like somehow it is connecting us two together or something...Both of our firewalls are off and we both have different CD key codes that we typed in when we loaded the game. He's even on a different internet server than I am so we aren't even using the same network or anything. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!

Also should mention we are using Macs, using the workaround with the PC BF disk...

What people have to do when they get this ??

Hi Led, I just helped a german player to getting back ingame via hosts file,
I wonder if we should add this way inside the international gamemaster instructions too ..
I can ask people to write it into their language. 

I have a question swbfgamers !
The autoinstaller = people just need to download it and get the game working via internet ??
they do not need to replace their battlefront.exe ?
they do not need to get the 1.2 patch version ?
