I can't update our public members list but RC-54 has joined YAK and Paksu Pepe is already in YAK but not on the list yet. Just posting now to avoid any merc arguments later.

I guess we're reverting to the original sides rule: the defender cannot be outnumbered. I'm not 100% convinced this is the best rule, but it's not awful, and I put it up to a vote and it's the clear winner so we'll stick with democracy.
