Where I can get tutorial how to add custom unit to side? I think i can learn moding. I have 1 month to learn?

Is there any mod that adds phase III darktrooper?
I'm looking for mod that adds this unit to empire side? Mot changing entire game, just adds one unit. If there is no mod that I'm looking for, please could you create this mod? I can't mod game, but I'm think that darktrooper model is avalible on modb.

Sadly, multiplayer isn't major feature of this game. I can't create multiplayer in UE4. Multiplayer will be added later.

I found voice files. I think i will use better sounds effects.
