I have my game and mod tools in the correct directories. I was removing stuff from my computer recently, I don't know understand if, and how deleted stuff could effect bf1 mod tools.

Not sure if you ever solved this. Sorry that no one replied when you posted this. I must have missed it or figured someone else would post. Anyway you're encountering the 64-Bit munge problem. Thankfully it is very easily fixed, just follow the instructions here http://www.swbfgamers.com/index.php?topic=3083.0
