Nick Changer Problem

I've used Starkillers Nickchanger and it has worked before. But since last week it has failed to work so I can't change my name...when I try to make a new profile my game crashes. Does anyone know what the problem is? I'm using windows 8.

you could probably just delete that nickchanger and download Scarecrow's

Keep in mind that the way these nick changers work is by directly accessing a memory location--which may be detected a malicious by a virus scanner type of program.  Why it would work and then not work, well maybe the virus scanner got updated or something.

You might try turning off the virus checker (sorry, I know nothing about windows 8 and plan to keep it that way   )
and running the nick changer and SWBF again.

Mine never works if I have multiple icons up at once (the hidden icons menu), you might get away with 2 or 3 of them up at once, but eventually it fails if you have them up like that too much.
