This is not a direct answer, but if you could send us the links that don't work, we can work to fix them.
During the site move, many downloads were broken, but the assets still exist.

Fixed.  If I come across one I fix it, but people just need to tell us when one needs fixed, otherwise we might never see it.  So there is no set time for it.
