when i got it it was a freecam but i dont know wat it is callled so i posted the look and cross hair of the launcher/ freecam

The crosshair mods have freecam included with them.

a friend sent the file soo maybe or file front or a free webs site...and iv look everywhere

The crosshair mod is probably on a private server/clan because most of them are on freewebs.

Judging by the last picture, it is "The Angel Assassins" who are hosting that file. You might want to contact them if you're interested.
