Here is a mission file that uses standard snow trooper units for the map.  It replaces the existing mission.lvl file.

Let me know if it works or not.

yes.

Upload them and I will take care of it.

Also, you should use the FTP account that we have.  It will make things easier for you.

I will PM you the details.

Good idea.  You certainly have permission for anything I have made.  Of course, if it is on SWBFgamers.com, we are safe :)

Gogo12 and GGCTUK are hanging out on gametoast these days.  You may want to contact them there.

I already have permission from jedikiller, sleepkiller, phobos, and napseeker for any of their mods and assets to be located here.

As another idea, perhaps when people sign up for an account, I can ask that their mods be allowed to be uploaded here unless they expressly forbid it.  What do you think about that?

2. Sereja Tantive IV

and probebly some others.

Sereja's Tantive IV is fixed.  The system does not like the apostrophe.
Deagle Party time is updated with a working link.

I will look into the others.

Also you can simply rename the .msh files that you want to use to the name of the .msh you would like to replace. It requires no complex hex usage. And you can just dump the .tga's in there. I tried it and it works fine!

Right, that works fine.  The TGA file is contained in the MSH though, so be careful if you need that TGA file for another purpose--then you need to hex edit.

OK, try the file attached to this post.

First, back up the original mission.lvl file located here:
AddOn\\pol1\\Data\\_lvl_pc

Then replace it with the mission.lvl file in the zip file attached to this post (uncompress it first of course).

Let me know if there are any issues.

Roland had a similar issue with a different mod.  Make sure that windows is not caching the files somewhere--

I'll try to put a patch out within the next few days. I'm not sure what I can do about balance though. The vehicles are exactly what they are in SWBFII. I'm open to suggestions about what could be done to fix balance.

Well, I think a good map can be used in many ways.  It is always possible to add custom sides and things.  But what I would recommend to fix a balance issue when using standard sides is just to add a few more tickets to one side or the other--take the stock SWBF kamino map for example--I think that CIS gets 20-30 more tickets.
