sleepKiller, can u upload the mod or tool, or whatever it is, for havinng the strongest AIs ?
And if u can explain me where to replace it, or whatever I have to do :P

As far as I know, there is no specific modification that changes the behaviour of bots to make them more difficult.
Instead you could "half instal" a mod like the "Insanity Mod" or "ATF Chaos", in which you (for example) only give CIS and ALL the over-powered sides and leave the REP and EMP
as the stock sides.
This would considerably increase the difficulty to the player assuming they play as REP or EMP. It's probably impossible to win.

Uh, you can change the unit health higher if you want. You could just allow the factions that you want to be strong to have more health. You do that in the individual classes ODF.

MaxHealth             = 240.0

Acceleraton       = 70.0
MaxSpeed       = 7.0
MaxStrafeSpeed       = 4.5
MaxTurnSpeed       = 4.0
--
You can just change the MaxSpeed, Accelleration, and MaxHealth to make them considerably harder to kill or shoot.

Harder in that sense... I thought you meant like general abilities like weapons and stuff...

I don't think so, but I could be wrong. The only times I've messed with unit health is when I used to host fun servers for players, without AI. I would think there would be a line in the ODF for "headshot" or something.
EDIT: Or maybe it just increases with the UnitHealth, for instance: if unit health is 240 and headshot is one shot, then doubling the unit health to 480 would (maybe) make it require to headshots to kill the player/ai.

Now it's ol' wise Unit 33's turn to give us answers. ;)

Lol, sorry I didn't know anymore than that. I don't mod all that much, just the simple (but fun) stuff like unit ODFs and skins.  8)
