Also, the clothing reminds me of the Adidas Stormtrooper Sweater that they made about a year or 2 ago.

Upon closer examination, he's actually holding the stormtrooper rifle. The lip on the bottom of the barrel is the collapsible stock showing in the light, if that's what made you think it was. :P
