So my friend and I downloaded the patch, we both mades accounts and when my friend went onto the server list he couldn't see anything while I could. He's tried reinstalling the patch and restarting his game multiple times, mine worked mostly fine but I did run into the same problem once but I simply fixed it by restarting my game, my friend's problem however doesn't seem to want to go away.
