"Extracting" stuff from lvl files (decompiling) usually leads to this kind of issues. We always recommend asking the owner for the builder

Pretty sure it's because you're using the wrong shell for each version. Check whether you're using SWBFSpy or Steam/GoG, cause this is a known error

The server uses that TPS because it what works best for the game. If you need higher FPS values, use the unlock FPS mod, or 120-140 FPS mods.

As you know we're a community that loves modding, but there are certain limits with what we help. All the mods we develop and publish do not give an advantage over anyone. However, what you're asking gives you an advantage, and we do not support that.
Just like I disapprove of the use of crosshair for sniper, I also disapprove of using other mods to get advantages over other players.
