I've followed jedimoose32's tutorial and some threads up till this point: The mod tools won't run because it doesn't have binkw32.dll. I install it and put it in the modtools folder, and a different error comes up. On some threads, I see to put the modtools program into BF2's Gamedata directory folder, and that should work, but now it just asks me to insert CD1 and it still doesn't work.
I haven't found an answer for this specific issue on any threads I've seen, if someone has a fix or can link me one that does I'd greatly appreciate it
The BF2 Mod Tools EXE is not the actual mod tools. That's just the debugger version of the game which is just partof the mod tools. You can find a no-CD cracked version on Gametoast somewhere.
