SWBF Runtime Error

Hey guys, I just recently re downloaded SWBF and when i try to play i get this error.  If someone could help me out that could be great.

I jolly well hope you mean re-installed when you say downloaded! Anyway make sure you have the latest patches installed. Also have you changed anything about your computer since you last had it installed? Updated any drivers? Changed CPU? Added RAM? ? New GPU? Any of this info would prove helpful.

Yes I did reinstall it.  Well I have updated some drivers since I reinstalled the game.  But thats all I have done.  I have looked around on google and I have seen that they say to clean your registry.  I have done that many times I hope that isnt effecting anything.
