Pirated game will call Antarctica

It appear a mobile game developer managed to think of a better DRM option than Ubisoft's controversial "always online" internet check. :P

A pirated version of a game for Windows Mobile in the UK will secretly call Antarctic numbers, which can get very, very expensive. I think that is just pure genius. Calls that distant can go to $6.19 a minute. 0_o

What do you guys think about this?

Since people know about it, it will be hacked inside of a month. This sort of thing is a challenge, and hackers will find a way around it if only to prove that they can. I bet you $50 that it will end up getting hacked.
All in all it's a good idea, just bad tactic letting everyone know about it.

I remember telling my phone company to knock off long distance calls and to not allow any to go thru. I should call them back and make sure its set that way.

games for Windows mobile? O.o didn't know they existed.....
