modding problem

hey guys,

I wanted to be a modder so i downloaded bamdurs bfbuilder pro

the thing is, that whenever i try to create a map (on the menu where you need to put in the map name) i cant create it

It's maybe because i dont have any folder for the bfbuilder and on his video where he explains how to create a map, he has lots of sub folders

Does anyone knows where to get these folders? (example: i want to insert a building from bespin to my new map, so i need to open a folder called 'maps'. And i don't have those maps)

Do you have the main bfbuilder download? Its a very big download.

I think Bamdurs bfbuilder is just an update. Some others here can probably tell you about the other fixes and updates available.

but if i want to play a map i made, if i walk with a soldier, there is a dark cirkel around the soldier so that makes it impossible to see the ground you're walking

You have to have a texture and a detail texture or it'll be black.
