Woopsie, maybe I should tell you the name of the characters I draw next time. And of course tirpider is right, it is Rocket Raccoon. The one and only. But now that you posted it, I admit there are some equalities between him and Starfox. I bet he'd be an amazing member in his team.

Lol, well I made Neon's new sig and he was having trouble putting it up so I tried it on mine I just haven't had time to take it back off 
Also, Thank you for your imput I don't know I was just feeling those colors and all the half circles
