Wow so many servers, with gameranger could i be able to join them?
No. Get tunngle. :)
I downloaded, installed, rebooted when it asked, but when i try to log in it says it cannot find network adapter... i tried to install the Adapter by my self but it cannot find the Adapter files :( , ive installed 3 times and same problem...
do you see a green or yellow face in the lower right corner of tunngle?
Have you started SWBF and see if it works anyway?
I get some complaint messages, but it seems to work anyway. Try it, and let me know.
The reason why gameranger wont see tunngle servers is that they are setting up different VLANs.
Each VLAN has a separate IP address domain. That is also why tunngle is limited to 255 players per "room".
It's the Tunngle Beta right? No i didn't notice a square box but i'll look out for it when i try again, and i have started swbf but no servers were on LAN , but i cannot do the rest of the instrutions unless i log in which i can't because the adapter is missing somehow.
yeah program is called Tunngle Beta
Its just smily face green which is in the south-east of ur screen (if we could call it that way)
Do you have any of the software listed on thier incompatible sofware page?
Tunngle - Compatibility with Third Party Software (http://www.tunngle.net/wiki/Compatibility_with_Third-Party_Software)
-edit
I'm also reading that ZoneAlarm can cause a simular problem.

No, I don't have none of these installed on my netbook. I guess I just cannot connect to self-host servers. PLA VLAN was no problem to join at all.
FC Servers are root servers
No i dont have any of those prorgams, also my firewall is down and I am admin of my windows vista
There's a warning on gameranger that tunngle may affect it, I don't know if this is the same the other way around.

Just being an admin doesn't automatically mean you run everything as one in Windows Vista. Uninstall Tunngle if you haven't already. Re-download the the installer if you have deleted it if not skip this step. Go to the folder were the installer is by default Downloads in Windows Vista and 7, right click on the installer and press Run as Administrator.
I did that, still no luck :( , then on the icon i also clicked run as Admin, i'll try again tommrow, maybe it wil work...
I don't know if this is anybody else's problem, but at my school the Router's NAT type is not open, and that prevents Tunngle from working. This is odd, since GR works fine. I guess I'll have to be on GR till GUL gets their crap together.
Message me when ever you want to play Droideka :D
