Localizing via LUA

I just need to know if there's a way to localize things (like weapons and entities) through lua coding. Does anyone know?

Battlefront One and a Half Era Mod, v2.0. Making great progress (SWBF)

I don't think so not with weapons and units.

Darn. Alright. and what about loading custom core.lvls? (since I know you can load custom commons)

I know you can have a custom core.lvl in a corresponding addon folder to localize unit and weapon information for that specific mod map but I'm not sure how/if you can call on a custom core for other circumstances.
