I don't actually think that would work. From my experiences with the disguise kit, it will only assume the skin of the first unit on the opposing side. There is a line to set a model, but I don't believe it works.

Jedikiller is correct, the disguise kit will ONLY disguise as the first unit of the opposing team.

you cant change the disguise kit, but you can make soldier transparent.
