1/28/14 Gameranger while tunngle is down

I have put up a PC gameranger server while tunngle has issues.

Cloud City only unless there are other requests  :cheers:

Tunngle has issues sometimes.  Usually 2-3 days per year, not often.

According to the tunngle administrators (http://www.tunngle.net/community/topic/33351-the-official-is-tunngle-down-right-now-thread/page__st__1420__p__1372531#entry1372531),
tunngle is down because "some immature person is spamming connections to our server". I hope they'll fix that soon...
