2 other pieces of media suffered the same, 'thown out of my life' experience.
Some random Tori Amos cassette that my ex fiance wouldn't stop playing, and the Top Gun soundtrack.
I was excited about getting bounty hunter, and ..
Well, it was garbage.
There were so many ways to make it better, but.. they didn't do any of them.
I get a bad taste in my mouth just thinking about it.
If 1313 is a Bounty Hunter game, I hope it's at least playable.
Great. Another game about criminals, now in Star Wars style. Why are they cud not make a game, with some beautyfull enviroment, like Felucia, Dagobah, Yavin IV, or Endor woods and wildlife, or Naboo, Bespin, or Cato Neimodia citys? Just imagine: sunshine on the green feelds, godrays falls thrue the leafs of trees, beautyful city on horizont, rainbow in the sky, and some alien unicorns and butterflys dancing and flying around... No! All what they need: some dirty, darky, crime underworld! What a shame...
I remember Bounty Hunter being alright. That's about it.
I haven't played a SW game that can compare to the SP experience of the Jedi Knight series yet (and thank God you could pretty much choose not to use your Lightsaber on the most part).

Depends if they give it a "noir" vibe, like Blade Runner. That would be brilliant.

I really hope LucasArts gets this right. It has such a cool concept going for it.

Strange, if you talking about Bounty Hunter graphic, you must remember, this game is older then SWBF1, (2002). But it has beautyful enviroment anyway. Half of my Nar Shadda, unfinished map, based on this game. Also, Kholma: City of the Dead is one of my unfinished projects. Beside my custom edited sides, weapon beauty impact effects, also from SWBH. So, I think, you just miss potential of this game.

I had it for Ps/2 and everything was backwards and timed awfully.
There was no clear instruction on how the game worked.
The graphics were ok, I guess, but I didn't really see a lot of it, as I hucked it into the street and went back to playing Mario.
It might have been inovative or interesting, but I was comming from a classic FPS perspective (Doom2, Quake2, Unreal)
I seem to remember not being able to strafe or cusomize the control at all.
Just a bad program.

To be fair, It could have been a good game, I just didn't like it.
There are tons of Star Wars games, not all of them have to be the best.
I've yet to see a game to top X-Wing or Tie Fighter. (XvT wasn't that good. too much story.)
Since everything is fps these days, I probably won't.
I'm hoping 1313 represents the bounty hunter aspect better, instead of focusing on just Boba Fett.

Guesses at what platforms through deduction.
Well LucasArts has has a license to Unreal Engine 3 for some time now, thus I would expect that this game is using that engine. So the platforms I would expect to be xBox 360, PS3, Wii U and PC. Scaled down versions for PSP Vita and 3DS probably and maybe along with the Wii.
EDIT: Although the engine is on macs as well, so you never know.
I think I'll get the WiiU... I'll reserve further judgment until Nintendo's conferences are over.
Hm maybe I am wrong, they seem to talk about pushing technology so that could mean they have a lot of their own tech in this game.

But flip those are truly amazing graphics and animation in there. I am beginning to wonder if my PC will even run the thing at lowest settings.
I wasn't too impressed when I saw the cut scenes (riding on falling wreckage is overused now and normally just involves pressing a button when it appears on screen), but the short bit of gameplay I've seen looks interesting. The cover/stealth based gameplay looks alot like the Uncharted games on PS3 which I like.
I'll probably get it near release as long as it doesn't get terrible reviews since I'm easily pleased when it comes to Star Wars ;)

i think this looks a lot like The Force Unleashed, but then with a Bounty Hunter and with everything falling apart around you. I'll just stick with the older games like KotOR 1 and 2 and SWBF 1 and II
The latest rumours are it won't be out on this generation of consoles but I think thats just based on looking at the graphics. Also LucasArts have said there will be no quick time events :)
I found the game available for pre-order accidentally, the platforms listed were PS3, xBox 360 and PC.

This looks exactly like a star wars version of the Uncharted series. I can't wait to get this game!!
Well, hope at least some intersting models can be founded in there, to be recreated, for SWBF1 in future...
