I will be posting the sign up thread for next weeks match before the match starts. I guess we'll make it same time next Sunday! If you are signing up please post if you can host and remember that the first 3 sign ups can pick a map to be added to the pool (pick from shipped maps until we have a discussion about what maps we should use). If one of the first 3 don't pick a map the choice rolls down hill to the 4th sign up etc...
The_pi: please post details of DC host on both forums as soon as you can (in the thread of the same title). You should host with 8 AI per team and set the min players to start to 6 (2 below the actual players). Let us know asap if you can't host!

I'm not going to be there. We flew down to Florida at the last minute so we can see the Space Shuttle blast off. I hope you can find someone else to host (I'm back on Tuesday). Perhaps zorba could take my place to keep teams balanced

Even teams isn't that important in the match as the league is individually scored! If no one else wants to host I'll do it...I'll post my IP nearer the time if no one steps up!

The league table has been updated and the sign up thread for next week has been posted.
If anyone wants a copy of the math sheets for the game let me know and I'll get it to you (it's an excel spreadsheet)!
For any new player joining next week, your averages will be posted in the league table but total points will remain at 0 until you have played 4 scoring rounds (ie 2 matches). This is only so that (in certain situations) the new player does not have a possible large advantage over the current players! Any issues regarding scoring please post in the 'Sin Bin / Disputes' section of the thisiswar forum!
I got to say the play with you guys is completely diff than the TiW Sunday league. And congrats to Tomaszl (the missile and mine man) for setting the standard and being top of the league after the 1st week!

Brilliant. Great to hear you had no probs with the connection! I agree with SchTick, give it a shot...the more ppl there are the better...and cos the scores are averaged you have just as much chance of topping the table as anyone else, no matter how may games you play! Were any of you guys using any VOIP? And where are all the screenshots?
