Just throwing this out there as a concept (see attachment).
Edit- Quick icon version based on drawing attached as well.
Edit2- Attached most finished version. All that would have to be done to this one is resizing to match site award icon resolutions.

All jokes aside, it would be cool to have an "ICW Award" given to those that participated in all of the ICW tournaments.
